William G. Klehm III — Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Bill Klehm joined Fallbrook as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board on April 1, 2004. He has over 20 years of automotive-related experience and has held several positions with management responsibilities in the automotive business, including finance, marketing, sales, product development, and manufacturing operations. Previously, he served as the president and general manager of Newgen Results Corporation, an automotive customer relationship management firm.

Prior to joining Newgen, Bill served as president and SBU director for Visteon Climate Control Systems Ltd.  He helped develop and launch Visteon’s Aftermarket Division. He started his career with Ford Motor Company in 1985 and held a variety of posts within the Ford Customer Service Division where he was responsible for developing and executing the marketing/growth strategy for its customer service parts business.

Bill holds a B.A. in Management and Marketing from Northwood University and also participated in the Harvard Business School Executive Education Programs.

Roger Wood — Lead Director

Roger Wood served as president and chief executive officer of Dana Holding Corporation from April 2011 until his retirement in August 2015. He also served on the Dana board of directors through a transition period and exited the board at the end of 2015. He joined the Fallbrook Board of Directors on January 27, 2016.  At Dana, Roger inspired Dana’s vision to be the global technology leader in efficient power conveyance and energy management solutions, and returned the company to a profitable and sustainable growth trajectory. Since 2011, Dana has streamlined operations, driven operations excellence throughout the enterprise, invested in product technology leadership, and aligned the operating model to deliver superior customer technology support, fast market response, and segment leading investment returns in driveline technologies.

Prior to Dana, Roger worked at BorgWarner for 26 years, moving through a number of successive manufacturing management and business development roles responsible for operations throughout most of the world. He was named executive vice president in 2009, and group president for the Engine Group in 2010. During his tenure, BorgWarner’s Engine Group aligned the operating model and achieved market leading technology recognition, superior growth acceleration, and segment leading profitability.

Roger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology from State University College in Buffalo, N.Y., and an MBA from Syracuse University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Brunswick and Tenneco. He is also an Advisory Board Member for the University of Michigan Biological Station in northern Michigan and a fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Frédéric Devos — Director

Frédéric Devos is the Global Head for Macquarie Capital PTG Asset Management and became the Macquarie representative on the Company's Board of Directors effective August 1, 2016. Frederic has 28 years experience in operational roles, consultancy and PE working on projects and in businesses across Europe, the United States, Asia and Australia. Prior to his role as Global Head of Asset Management with Macquarie Capital, Frederic was previously Industrial Partner in the Infrastructure business at CVC Partners, Managing Partner at Marly Partners and held various operational roles at Veolia Environment SA including CEO, Veolia Water UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.

David Graziosi — Director

David Graziosi joined Allison Transmission in November 2007 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In January 2016, he was promoted to the additional role of President and has been a member of our Board of Directors since August 25, 2016. 

In his time with Allison, Mr. Graziosi has been instrumental in all aspects of financial management, including debt and equity planning and execution, budgeting, pricing, and investor relations –including the company’s IPO in 2012. Most recently, he was recognized by institutional investment analysts as a ‘top three’ Best CFO for both Buy-Side and Sell-Side (the only CFO to be ranked in the top three of both categories) as part of Institutional Investors' 2016 All-America Executive Team awards.

Before joining Allison, Mr. Graziosi served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. between 2006 and 2007. Prior to joining Covalence Specialty Materials Corporation, he held various positions in the industry, including Vice President of Finance Precursors and Epoxy Resins at Hexion Specialty Chemicals from 2005 to 2006 and Executive Vice President and CFO at Resolution Performance Products from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and CFO of General Chemical Industrial Products, as Finance Director of GenTek and as Internal Audit Director and Assistant Corporate Controller at Sun Chemical Group.

Mr. Graziosi is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, non-practicing). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York (SUNY) and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University.

Peter Grubstein — Director

Peter is the founder and Managing Member of NGEN Partners, LLC and has been a member of the board since March 28, 2016. Peter invests in sustainable businesses with innovative solutions to impact the world’s biggest problems. His passion for the environment and improved utilization of natural and material resources has taken him from operating traditional manufacturing companies to technology and ultimately to found NGEN in 2001. Peter has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, operating executive, and growth equity investor. He has grown the firm from one of the earliest to invest in sustainable technologies, to a firm with three funds with over $500 million under management. NGEN invests in consumer-facing brands and services that span various sectors, from personal care to energy efficiency products and innovative agricultural solutions: all with the goal of changing consumer behavior to improve consumer and environmental health.

Prior to NGEN, Peter made diverse private investments, ranging from leveraged buyouts and leveraged recapitalizations to early venture investments in materials science enterprises. Peter has had successful investment exits in a variety of companies in the manufacturing and retail sectors. He gained early career experience as an executive in a global manufacturing family business, working in Germany as well as the United States.

Peter is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Enzymedica, Native Foods Café, BrightFarms, Fallbrook Technologies and Encycle and is an observer on the Boards of Soraa, Renew Financial, Choose Energy and Two Moms in the Raw. He was chosen as a 2012 Power Player in Greentech by AlwaysOn.

Peter is a graduate of Yale University and the Phillips Exeter Academy. He is an avid outdoorsman and former Division 1 oarsman, and in his next life aspires to be an Olympian in at least two sports. He is passionate about making the world a better place and is on the advisory board of the Livingston Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy, focused on educating children on the importance of the environment. 

Richard L. Intrater — Director

Rick Intrater has been in the investment banking and financial services industry for over 30 years and has been a member of the Fallbrook Board of Directors since May 29, 2012.  He is the President & CEO of Long-Term Solutions, a Multi-Family Office in San Francisco that he founded in 2005 to assist multi-generational families of significant wealth with financial, investment, philanthropic and administrative oversight. He also manages LTS Capital Partner I and II which provides private equity and venture investment capital to promising mid-stage companies.

Rick's previous experience includes board member and managing director of Sand Hill Advisors and the founder of Sutter Street Capital Management. He spent 13 years as Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers in New York and San Francisco and began his career as a financial analyst for the U.S. Export Import Bank in Washington, D.C.  

Rick is the Founding and past Chairman of the Board of Directors, KIPP Bay Area Schools, past President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco, former National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, former Board Member of the Coyote Point Museum of Environmental Education and Former Board Member of the Family Service Agency of San Mateo County.  He is also a member of the board of directors of Fallbrook Technologies and BIO2 Technologies.

Gary E. Jacobs — Director

Gary Jacobs is an investor and philanthropist and has been a member of the Board of Directors since March 31, 2004. Since 1997, Gary has served as the Managing Director of Jacobs Investment Company LLC, which participates in real estate development and other investment activities throughout the United States and abroad. He also owns and operates the Lake Elsinore Storm Professional Baseball and Las Vegas Wranglers Professional Hockey teams. He serves as chairman of the Board of Trustees High Tech High, a public charter high school and is a board member of the UCSD Board of Overseers, UCSD Athletic Board and UCSD Foundation Board. Gary's other philanthropic work includes being a past president of the United Jewish Federation of San Diego County and he sits on the Boards of the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center and Jewish Community Centers Association. Additionally, he and his wife created and funded the Gary Jacobs and Jerri-Ann Jacobs International Teen Leadership Institute which promotes Muslim/Jewish understanding. Prior to his current investment and philanthropic activities, he worked as a software engineer and senior education specialist at QUALCOMM, Inc. and as a software programmer at Linkabit Incorporated. Mr. Jacobs left QUALCOMM in 2000.

Mr. Jacobs holds a B.A. in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego.

Al Kammerer — Director

From September 1, 2011 to May 15, 2015, All Kammerer served as President of Fallbrook.   He has been and continues to be a member of our Board of Directors since February 10, 2009 and has also served in a consulting role to Fallbrook. Al is a seasoned automotive industry veteran who spent 34 years with Ford Motor Company before retiring in 2008 as product development director for Jaguar Land Rover. Prior to this assignment, he served as executive director for SUV and body-on-frame vehicles in North America, where he led product development activities for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles with these platforms. In his previous work with Ford, Al also served as vehicle line director for the group that developed the critically-acclaimed Ford Focus.

Al holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
