Robin Grey joined Fallbrook in April 2014 after most recently serving as the chief financial officer for The Community Foundation of Boulder County in Boulder, CO, a public foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life for people in Boulder County. At the Community Foundation, she was responsible for all accounting, payroll, business insurance, finance and working capital requirements for the Foundation.

From 1999 to 2013, she held a series of increasingly responsible financial positions at Level 3 Communications, Inc. Level 3 is a Fortune 500 company that provides local, national and global communications services to enterprise, government and carrier customers and has annual revenues of more than $6.3 billion. At Level 3, Grey began as assistant treasurer and subsequently became senior vice president and treasurer, planning and directing all aspects of Fallbrook's debt and equity capital markets activities. This included managing more than $20B of issuances, including structured debt-for-debt and debt-for-equity exchanges, tender offers, and refinancing. In her last position at Level 3 as senior vice president, Strategic Asset Investment Group, she started up a new team of 30 cross-functional employees that was responsible for directing global investments to expand Level 3's network reach and drove strategic investment profile for growth projects based on extensive market and customer demand analysis.

At the start of her career, Grey worked as a financial analyst at Tele-Communications Inc. in Denver, CO, where she ultimately served as Manager of Corporate Finance. She then moved to Sprint PCS in Kansas City, MO as assistant treasurer from 1996 to 1999, before joining Level 3.

Grey holds a BS in Finance and an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver. She is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals, National Investor Relations Institute, and Corporate Executive Board and Treasury Leadership Roundtable.
